My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. Any admins here transitioned from a clinical role? Was it a good pivot for your career? Currently, I’m being offered a hospital admin position that is currently paying higher than my clinical role, I’m excited, just thinking if I am making the right decision.

I saw a great thread online about a Black physician who saved the day when a patient came in for an urgent MRI, but had metal pins in her wig so none of the white nurses or doctors could get it off. Black Physician rushed in with some alcohol and got it off in no time. We are crucial to the healthcare field for so many reasons, remember that!
