We love oak forest vet for medical and boarding purposes. We have a black lab, and he doesn’t need grooming. We just wash them outside with the hose.

Garden Oaks Vet is great

We used to get our dog groomed at The Pet Barber but the groomer we liked left, so we hire her individually

Almost every place with a patio is good. Except for places like Stomping Grounds or other outdoor spaces geared toward small children.

Animal Medical Center of the Village is extremely nice, and the staff are well-trained. It's right next to Rice Village if you're around that area.

Lots of pet sitters on Houston, both for in their house and who will come to yours. When you get a Vet ask them. A lab...you should be able to groom yourself.

Not sure where in town you are but I use Baxter and Cleo as my vet. They’re the fourth one I’ve been to doing my searches and have been by far the absolute best!

I’m relocating to the US from an international rotation to work in Galveston. I have never been to Texas and I am trying to find the best spot for my family to live in. So far from reading online it sounds like Pearland is a good option but I have not been able to validate that/ figure out what other options are out there. I would appreciate all advice:
