The intake was in Jan 2023.

Advice pls. We got our greencard and now my spouse can work. My spouse has been unemployed for more than 2 years. And we noted that it is difficult to get more job interviews and get an offer. My spouse is into programming and has Masters Any suggestion how my spouse can increase chances of getting hired (e.g. get training certifications, apply as trainee, or probably you can refer me to companies who are considerate for immigrants). H1-B transfer question

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?
