My sibling (from India) applied for Canadian Visa for study permit (2 years) and it was rejected stating the reason "the IRCC agent was not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay.
The intake was in Jan 2023.

Should we apply again? Has anyone ever experienced this and would appreciate if they can guide me? I'm really worried and emotionally tormented. Need urgent help.

Hi Ladies!! Trying to get a pulse check/sanity check. I’m current a Business Analyst and have been with the same company for 4 years. The benefits are fabulous (unlimited time off and random mental health days) and have the ability to really work from anywhere. Yet, I’m not that excited about the work I do and make a decent salary, but know my market value is higher if I were to leave. Do I chase the money and get something “new” on my resume? Or stay with the comfortability?

How do I confront my manager who is emotionally blackmailing me as I have put down my papers.
He is saying that thay have shown trust in me and I am breaking the trust.Its so irritating and make no sense to me. He is ready to offer me 30% hike and Canada Visa. I know these are his tricks to make me stay and once I stay then there is no surety when will I travel to onsite and there will be no hike for me next year along with the low performance ratings.

Trying to switch jobs and so far after 125 applications for the last 3 months - only 3 interview calls which I didn't get. 46 not considered, 49 haven't replied or job listing expired. Awaiting response from 24 and 3 interviews scheduled.

Is this a bad time to switch or is it my profile or skillset? I updated my CV, did all I could to get shortlisted but isn't helping much.

My first switch. I got an offer from KPMG India. I accepted that and after that I got an offer from Deloitte India. I didn't show the offer to Deloitte. Deloitte is giving a bit more extra in fixed part like 50K. Now I want to join Deloitte. Don't want KPMG to match or give more. But as I accepted the offer already I am thinking what would be the impact in future if I think to join KPMG someday.
