Just exited from T2 consulting to a startup for two months and thinking about going back to consulting... will MBB care if I apply now or will I get dinged for switching jobs again too soon?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

Hey Gente, Im applying for jobs and I wanted to get others opinion on the race part of the application process. As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. Hey folks, I gave round 2 interview in sap labs and got an email from HR that they have kept my candidature on hold. Does that mean the chances of selection has been reduced??

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.
