Got offer from Atos of 26.4 LPA. Is this a good offer? or Shall I search other job at 30+ LPA?

Tuck and dive. Do your job and they can’t find fault. This is why I keep work at work and don’t socialize with anyone from work. I like keeping things in the lane they belong.
Why don’t you wait and judge for yourself
I am just concerned. I have been at this school for 10 years, and our principal was my friend and confidante. Many times, she would come to my room and pour her heart out. I've seen her weep when her daughter died, she was there for me when my sister died. I'm so sad that she is really leaving.
Can't you be friends outside of work now that she has had to leave?
It might be different for you. Stay positive, build a respectable relationship with your parents, and do your job. You’re not there to be chummy with admin.

Does your association have any representation on interview team? If so express concerns there.
Make your own judgements of the new person, but always keep your eye out for what's available out there for your next potential career move/change.
When the new principal starts, continue what you're doing. If he or she doesn't share his vision and expectations, just ask if you can have guidance on it.
You can always transfer, but if you’re happy with your colleagues and students you might want to stay. You don’t really know what it would be like at another school. For all you know, they might send the scary principal to the other school you transfer to.
