Just interviewed with Gibson Consulting for what I think is an associate consultant role in the manufacturing side. In every interview it seemed like I was in a different role though??? Salary was at 105k plus health benefits and others. Is this a red flag for a consultant in TX with 3 Years of experience?

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center).
