Our company went through an exercise of redefining product roles - from business analyst, product owner, product manager to assoc pm, pm, senior pm etc. The concept is everyone with same skills - with different competency levels. My question is - what about interest? I am energized by execution, not so much strategy. Is product management for me, or should I be looking at other career paths? Anyone used Botox to treat TMJ/teeth-grinding? My dentist said i should get a mouth guard and potentially do some physical therapy. I seem to be doing a lot of clenching/teeth grinding in the night. I was googling other options and came across a suggestion for Botox. I already get Botox in my forehead for cosmetic purposes so I'm not worried about Botox generally, but unsure how common it is in the jaw for this medical purpose.

Hello! I joined a company in the UK 6 months ago, and received a £20,000 gross sign on bonus - clause associated to this however was that I stay for a minimum of 12 months. Unfortunately, the role is really proving to be the wrong fit, and I am looking to leave.

Question for you all - if I resign, I assume I would be expected to pay back the sign on bonus despite me only receiving approx 12k after tax. Anyone know the process for a tax clawback for something like this? Thanks in advance!

I have been offered a job at KPMG within cyber security in the uk. Originally it was a 25% hike offer. Now I have received a 8% hike at Deloitte as part of the current performance cycle along with a 5k bonus (great incentives every year) The only thing is KPMG is offering this in a @kpmg regional location where I’m based plus the disadvantage is I need to pay 2500£ for my dependent visa costs which I can save if I continued with Deloitte. Seen Lot of negative comments about KPMG. Any thoughts ?
