Just started working for a startup on client side after spending 5 years working in ad agency side and fixing clients stuff. Currently doing review of ga4 setup this agency did (no one else in the company know how ga4 works) and I am surprised companies can charge other companies for this poor quality work. Also, I think the other ad agency they hired to run ads is pretty clueless.

Ending rant for now with folks who would understand.
