Yesterday was my joining in capgemini. But, my bgv is not yet cleared as I do not have e-aadhaar.
I submitted my adhar scanned copy but bgv team is telling e-aadhaar is mandatory.
I couldn't download e-aadhaar as my mobile is not yet linked to adhaar.
Will capgemini on board without e-aadhaar?

Figure out why and adjust your decisions accordingly.
If you can’t figure out why, come up with a theory and then test it.
Also be clear on what success is. You will not maximize every metric every time (some of them are inversely correlated with each other).
Decide what a post or campaign is trying to accomplish. Decide how you’ll know if that is happening. Make an educated guess about what will cause that to happen. Observe, reflect, adjust.
