Anyone’s con Ed bill extraordinarily high this month? Mine is ~$400. I’ve gotten mail notice from con Ed needing to install a “smart meter” and for every month missed it’s a $100 fee. But I think they’re waiving the fees. It’s so damn confusing to read if the high bill is due to missing the smart meter installation or energy usage.

Has anyone ever been in a mostly platonic relationship? I don’t like to label myself much, but I don’t really like intimacy and don’t really like romance. I grew up in a nuclear family away from extended relatives who were never really close. Parents were either emotionally unavailable or distant. All I've wanted for myself was a big loving family to call my own.. my parents are unaccepting of my sexuality & my partners family is also quite fucked up so she's isn't super close to them either. Honestly this sucks & it feels like I'll never have a huge supportive family I've wanted & craved for.
