Hey Folks, I need help with some queries related to IBM. I got an offer 22 lpa with YOE 8 years, job band 7B.
- is package decent as per my exp. I am an SAP Functional.
- how is WLB & annual hike in IBM.
- Is it a good company to work for long term or atleast for 3-4 years.
- does IBM provides flexibility to wfh and work city.
- are there any allowances like fuel, internet etc other than CTC offeree?

Thursday I had received email from JP Morgan HR regarding my availability for the interview. I had responded back to the mail stating I am available for interview on Monday from 10 am till end of the week any time. After that I haven't heard back from the HR on further process. I am worried as they might not interview me. Need thoughts of group people for the scenario.
