Is audit a dead end profession?
Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

PwC AC banglore
If the offer is from pwc ac bangalore, better to ignore...pwc ac has stopped Hiring and is also firing resources in bench..only contract resources are being onboarded after clearing interviews...you may be asked to leave in a couple of months if you don't Land a client project soon
Please ask....
Accenture .. if you’re not getting joining bonus from PwC
Don’t go into rumors of layoff, pwc ac Bangalore is good option here, projects are also good, wlb is similar to all big 4.
So why we are getting so many referrals mails for open position across different competencies? Why so many people are joining every week for which I am seeing welcome mails from onboarding team? Why people are getting new offers? If there is something like layoff situation existed in pwc all the above things should have stopped. I am not saying you are wrong may be hiring is freeze for your competency but dont generalise it for whole organisation until we have some solid proof.
All opportunities will be given for growth..provided you perform well...client appreciation will get you money...each appreciation roughly gives you 3500 rs ...bonuses more than 10pc every year...and hikes as well..so in a nutshell, yes, a good company to join in the long term...
