I don't think that is going to work in this job market to be honest with you. I have been looking for a role for 6 months and have ony had two interviews. This isn't a job market where companies really have to seek out employees because so many of us are desperate for jobs.
You're spot on! I came across a job posting for an RN offering $10/hrs.
HaHaHaHaHa. That was how much I made at my second job before nursing school. I was an unlicensed home health aid. Pretty sure I made closer to 10.50 too, and I was saving money because we were getting ready to buy a home. So, anyway, this small but heavy caseload acute rehab hospital wants experienced RNs for $10/hrs
That explains SOOOO much of what I saw and reported during clinicals.
I don’t really understand it if I’m being honest. It sounds like what any external recruiter already does. Is it a service you pay for, or is it something you do?

From what I understand, reverse recruitment isn't necessarily a paid service and you are right though, in some ways it overlaps with what external recruiters already do, I think the difference is who’s driving the momentum.
Sounds like a hot load of garbage and just another way for corporations to get away with having fewer employees (less HR /Recruiters). I have a masters degree in IO psychology, the psychology of the workplace/eadership/how to create a workplace where employees don't jump ship the second that land is spotted. All of these new "GREAT" ideas that companies are trying out lately are going to end up becoming very expensive clusters.
