I had 2 rounds of interviews with EY GDS. Followed by HR reaching out to get documents and relevant information. Please mind HR discussion has not happened yet.

Its been more than a week since there is no response from HR side/GDS team.

Does this mean that they did not consider me? Because I believe that HR asking for docs is a clear indication that I cleared my interviews.

Is this a norm? Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I took a low paying contract role at a MAANG company just to have it on my resume and hopes to get full time out of it. Help help! I’ve just realized I’ve put the wrong date on my resume for the end date of my last office job. I put May 2019 instead of Nov 2019. how bad is that? Obviously it’s bad in the since of attention to detail but since I shorted myself time will most recruiters/employers overlook it? How will it look on a background check?
