What is average salary for Test Lead in Netherlands with 9 years of experience

Hi,

I have 11 years of experience in IT ,and 7 years of experience in Fusion Financials Cloud. How much salary would I expect If I try out for Fusion Finance functional consultant role?

I'm a 6th year attorney in NYC. Strictly defense work; started out with the City Law Dept, did a year and a half of med mal/construction, and for past year and a half have been at a well known defense firm working on high exposure construction accident cases. Contemplating taking a couple interviews at plaintiff's firms to see if there is a good fit. Does anyone have any advice on how approach discussions about compensation and what a market level comp package would or should look like?
