Linkedin/resume question for the recruiters and/or hiring managers out there: if you've transferred agencies within one of the big holding companies, does it look better to:

A.) List out every agency you worked with in the holding company

B.) Put the holding company as one "line item"

Prefer one line heading with detailed bullets on where you worked, how long at each stop, and your contributions. Simpler is always better.

Not just the holding company because the holding company may not be able to verify your employment history among its agencies.

Hi,
CCTC including all benefits is 16.57 with 8.3 YOE, primarily focused on Manual Testing.
Is it worth looking for another opportunity?
I am afraid after seeing layoffs news of EPAM, Publicis Sapient & most of the other companies calling employees in the office.

I have no idea what's standard here

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
