Time around Christmas and new years is such a mess for me sleep wise. I’ll back into the groove this upcoming week
It's absolutely a struggle. Takes me a full two weeks before I am completely back to my normal schedule.
My sleep schedule always stays pretty much the same regardless of whether I'm working or on a break. Once I get into a routine, that's it, I wake up the same time on weekends or days off. If I try to sleep later it just doesn't work for me. The upside is when I get back to work this coming week I'll be in sync.
I wish I was that diligent. I stayed up till 3 everyday
I was sooooo sluggish all day yesterday. I really need to get myself together this weekend or Monday is going to be rough. I have been staying up way too late these past two weeks.
Did it get better this week?
