With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research.
