Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

It seems like that's what they want. Have been hearing through alot of close friends that they aren't being given even minimum recognition or promotions for their work. When approached most of the leads or the managers are giving false promises and failing to fulfill them when time comes. When confronted implying they can't do anything or feign ignorance saying they don't even know how that happened. People are even being given advice to leave company to enforce that silent firing.
