Looking for an attorney willing to take on an airline for forcible removal from an aircraft resulting in a diagnosis of PTSD and severe fear of flying. This is not something my firm handles. Anyone?

Sounds like your client is a product of the participation trophy generation... good luck finding someone to take it (seriously)

PTSD is serious.. therapy and meds are expensive, it can be lifelong and it's debilitating.. the case that settled involved a miscarriage as well. Mine also involves unlawful detention, denial of civil rights, physical injuries etc. Anyway if you don't want to help, don't. But many lawyers would take this case! In fact, some specialize in them!! I just don't know anyone personally. This is a group for people to help. Not to criticize and diminish peoples' chances of getting said help!

Can they even recover under the Montreal Convention pact?

What exactly happened? I am curious why an airline would forcibly remove someone from a plane unless they had a really good reason to. Either way I would think this would be hard to prove which means nobody is going to want to touch it.

Any insight is appreciated, thank you!!
