Hi Fishes,
I recently got an offer for Cyber security advisory at PwC India . They gave a 20% hike on the current amount. Thing is that l, the technical interview told me that it is not a software/coding type of position and asked me multiple times if I was interested to do that. Is that a red flag?

I would definitely not put in my notice. Hang in there until mat leave. You deserve it and when you’re feeling up to it during leave, start looking for another job. Put in your notice after you return and make sure you read the fine print for what happens if you return and leave in terms of any salary’s payback requirements.
Also, have a conversation with your manager. You should never be surprised by your performance reviews so see if there is a way to get feedback more real-time if they feel like things are going that poorly.
Commenting to input more info that I've never been terminated before and have no current gaps in resume. I've never been flagged for performance before so this is an unusual mark in my track record. I've been with the PPC industry for 6 years and was promoted to a leadership role 1.5 years ago
This sounds like maternity discrimination. Odds are, your "poor performance" is directly related to your upcoming maternity leave. Your company may be trying to make you leave so they can avoid paying you. Depending on where you're based in the world, speak to your union or a professional advice body who can give you advice on your rights.
