Looking for ideas for case organization, staying on top of to do lists in each case, and just in general keeping cases efficiently moving. If anyone wants to share or post a picture in the comments of the way they organize their cases/to do lists, that would be helpful!

I want to hear from others as well, but I have an excel spreadsheet where I keep a to do list and I filter out things when done.

I use Clio. I pay for it myself and use a personal account even though my firm uses Litify. A task list and reminders do not work for me on that case management system

I've always crafted my to-do lists/case management sheets for my attorneys all of the time, depending on firm/jurisdiction needs, in Google Sheets/Online Excel that way my attorney (and/or I) can easily access it on the fly.

I can't send pictures because the screenshots wouldn't show much of anything so if anyone's interested, just send me a DM and I can send you a link to the google sheet so you can copy/edit as see fit!

Actually, if anyone wants a custom case management spreadsheet - just DM me and I'd love to create one for you.

What case management system does your firm use? Typically, checklists and tasks are integrated in the system

Well that is a system but I was referring to software such as FileVine, Litify, Needles etc.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.

3. Always talk to people of team you will be joining before you accept offer or atleast before you join company.
