For Accenture tech consulting, how typical is it to go from analyst to senior analyst after one year? What's the usual timeline for promotion and chargeability?
Recently hired as a Workday consultant and after talking to other consultants and analyst I feel like I took a lower comp then I should have. What do you think? Is it too low, too high, or just right? Compensation - 105k + 12% bonus Experience - 7 yrs of workday experience customer side

Anyone else feel like there is a culture of fear in their firm? There are so many problems but I’m worried that I’ll get laid off if I tell leadership about them and/or speak up. I only feel empowered to speak up in anonymous settings and even then I’m still paranoid about being exposed and my firm doesn’t take anonymous comments seriously.
