• IBM: ₹13 LPA
• TCS: ₹15 LPA
• Accenture: ₹15.4 LPA
• Finastra: ₹15.5 LPA
• VOIS: ₹15.53 LPA

My background is in Java Backend development with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and around 5 years of experience.

If you had to choose one based on long term career growth, learning opportunities, work life balance.

Any good book recommendations for profitability and performance management for banking industry? Or books on best practices for calculating economic capital?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
