I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

My interview with Microsoft for SE2 was scheduled and cancelled a day before. Neither I received any email regarding cancellation nor the recruiter informed me. Two days later I got an email saying Microsoft is freezing hiring for certain departments and the recruiter is ghosting me. Will I even get a chance to interview atleast?

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?

Are there any disadvantages of joining a C2H role purely on the basis of high CTC even though it is for a big client of the contractor company?

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Potential employer has 10k plus employees. I will have two reports and will report directly to the Director of Total Rewards. Any thoughts or advise on offer made? The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures.
