Looking to exit consulting and get back into industry for a fully remote position. 15 YOE at JPMC, Citi, EY, with experience across treasury, compliance, AML/BSA, and risk. Can anyone refer for a role with USAA? Seems impossible to get an interview but I know the market is hot right now. Love USAA in terms of their benefits and culture (at least what I know of it).

If you're looking for US Bank roles, feel free to share your resume. I can pass it along to my brother who works there and he can send it to an internal recruiter.
That would be amazing! I just keep applying and applying and applying. Lots of times their posting get taken down within a few hours or a day or two of being posted. I just want a shot 😭
Exact same boat.
Unfortunate. I’ve picked up many skills in consulting but it’s not where I want to be
Sometimes roles are posted to flip a contractor who has been filling the role successfully. While other resumes might be looked at someone is already doing an exceptional job in the role and the company wants to hire them. This is most likely why they are only up a few days.
