Find someone you can split the referral bonus with. What city?

I work in Chicago! 🙋🏻

If you want to switch, contact someone in linkedin from that firm because referrals from current staff hold a lot of weight; however, if someone connected with me, asked me to refer them and split the money I wouldn't consider that person worth referring because I wouldn't want to work with someone who doesn't appear to care about the work or development. So i would suggest not splitting the refereal bonus

LinkedIn firm recruiter connection would work as well.

A recruiter is good but you won't get a bonus from that

So you're saying connect with someone from the respective firm in my location and suggest splitting the referral bonus?

Chicago, should I just connect with an experience hire recruiter from the firm on LinkedIn?

Location? B4 websites are the best place to start. Looking at PwC site - there are open reqs for exp associates in like 75 offices (pretty much every US office)

Or someone you know at the firm, even if they are in a diff city. When I moved to pwc I used a recruiter but when I was interviewing and contacted Deloitte I used a friend who was in audit (I'm tax) in another city.

Correct OP

Where did you move from PwC 3

Hello, can anyone refer me for for Application developer - Microsoft cloud role in IBM, Gurgaon with job id#367867BR.
thanks in advance.

I am being asked to move to Richmond, VA for Sr. Mgr. Supply Chain Analytics role in an organization that is dire need of help.

I am currently at 146k TC, they are offering 190k TC.

I originally wanted a director level role to set the strategy, process, and tools.

Instead I am just being asked to develop the tools.

My hypothesis is a clear lack of strategy and no accountability for process compliance will mean any tools developed will fail.

Would you take job in those circumstances?

I’m struggling to find a good fit accounting career wise. I worked 2.5 years in big 4 tax but got burnt out on the long hours (I worked in SALT - so busy season was about 6 months out of the year). Switched to corporate accounting, but I am not challenged at all and doing the same monthly tasks is very boring. Is there something in between? I miss the collaboration and variety of work at PA but am loving not working any overtime. I have a CPA. Any suggestions?

Just finished my first year out of school and have recently moved home to save some money and get a sense of how long remote work will last..... I’m curious if anyone else is in a similar position and further, if there’s interest in pooling consultants together at a remote office that would look a lot like a big rental house on Lake Tahoe

If you are certified and have experience in the following areas; AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud send me a private message. Deloitte is hiring. I chatted with a Deloitte recruiter and she confirmed some spots are still open. I referred 2 experienced and qualified candidates two weeks ago; they both had their final interviews last week. Send me a private message and we can connect through LinkedIn. I will refer you and send your resume directly to the Deloitte recruiter latest tomorrow May 25th.

How do you handle good job opportunities that are being presented at the wrong time? I just joined McKinsey and a FAANG recruiter messaged me for a good role. I don’t want to switch to industry immediately but I also don’t want to burn bridges there because I may want to work there later in my career. What should I do?
