A few months ago I took a job selling internet service. Primarily, I work in the field, where I can make all my sales, but I have been kinda dipping a toe into reaching out to property managers via email. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?

@Harman: 23.4 LPA fixed + 1.88 LPA variable (total ctc 27 LPA). Client side Mercedes Benz. WFO.

@Accolite: 26.5 LPA fixed no variable + 50k JB. (Total ctc 28.34 LPA) Fidelity client.

@Nihilent: 24.56 LPA fixed + 2 lacs variable + 1 lac JB. Work location is pune & I need to shift from bangalore to pune.

Beware a company called apnaklub currently hiring across functions. They are knockoff udaan with zero ideas who somehow managed to get some funding. They will do interviews for 1 month+ and then ghost you totally wasting your time.
