Does as anybody help on how much time CitusTech takes to announce results after an interview of an experienced candidate??

Partners - absent the paycheck, do you enjoy your job? Regardless of yes/no, did you enjoy the path to getting there? If you didn't, what convinced you to keep going at it?

PPMDs, if an employee comes to you and ask for support to join a different group within the firm and the employees ends up not getting the other role, do you typically treat them differently after (e.g., not staffing them on as many deals) / would you hold them back from promotion the following year?

According to an article in LinkedIn new job postings are down for the first time in 9 months but still there over 10 million open jobs with only 5.9 million unemployed workers. Why is it that here I am unemployed over 4 months and still not one offer. Anyone got some positive vibes to send my way it would be appreciated! I have having 2.7 year of experience of Android java. Now I want to switch to spring boot. I have dont udemy courses for spring boot. May I switch from android to java. How much It can be difficult to switch without prior spring boot experience.

I need your advice, my ctc is 24l and got an offer from IBM for 28l which is fixed, in Deloitte 10% is the varaiable as well asin IBM 12.5 on top of fixed 28l. Please suggest can i take offer from IBM or not.
