I have having 2.7 year of experience of Android java. Now I want to switch to spring boot. I have dont udemy courses for spring boot. May I switch from android to java. How much It can be difficult to switch without prior spring boot experience.

I’m in my 4th year at a small plaintiffs’ firm. Past two years I’ve received meager raises (5k) and terrible bonuses (3k). My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. As I’ve applied for other firms, I’ve been denied interviews based on how my boss is perceived in the community. I’ve gathered professional references from opposing attorneys and other attorneys we work with but still can’t land. Help
