In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? And is this some strategy HRs use to see if you are desperate for the job or somehow get your expected CTC down?
