I need your advice, my ctc is 24l and got an offer from IBM for 28l which is fixed, in Deloitte 10% is the varaiable as well asin IBM 12.5 on top of fixed 28l. Please suggest can i take offer from IBM or not.

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

I had HR round with Accenture and I asked for 18 LPA, she said they don't even have bandwidth to offer 12.5 also, and asked me to join cognizant. 1. Capgemini - Kolkata, Manager C2 | 27 LPA (Fixed 24.5)
2. TEKsystems - Remote, Senior Engineer | 31 LPA Fixed

(I am based out of Kolkata)

Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

Please factor in job security as well in your suggestions.
