We have some sort of hotline we can call if we are experiencing a mental health problem. But honestly, I don't really trust it. I don't believe that any of the services connected to my workplace are anonymous or have my best interest at heart. I know that sounds a little bit paranoid, but I used to think those employment satisfaction surveys were anonymous and now I know that they aren't, so…

Sorry the hear that. We have them too, but they are 3rd party and part of a known program where I’m pretty confident my conversations are private.
We don't have anything where I work. They do give us a lot of flexibility and are worried about the workload.. but nothing specific for this month or any kind of program or system. Do you?

I’m pretty blessed to have a range of choices from paid therapy to having a manager that constantly tells me to use up my PTO
My little agency technically doesn't have anything in place, but I will say my boss is extremely invested in the team's wellbeing. She's always checking in, seeing how she can facilitate our needs, and asking how processes are going. It's almost like she proactively ensures none of us are headed on a path of burnout. It's wonderful.

An engaged manager is always helpful. My manager doesn’t like when I have unused PTO rolling into the next year.
Lol no. We don't have much in the way of perks here. Ironically, we posted about Mental Health Awareness month on social, but I have not seen the company actually doing anything meaningful to promote it.

If there’s something you want, check and see if it’s covered. Sometimes people don’t know what’s available until we ask. And if enough want it, hopefully they’ll make that service available.
No not really. We do have pretty good insurance and my therapy is only $15 a session which is nice. However that is really the only service I can think of that is offered. Personally I wish that every company would offer mental health days because sometimes that is honestly what you need.
