How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

Hi, anyone ever try using a ovulation test as a positive result for pregnancy test? I had an LH surge couple of weeks back and for the past few days my breasts are tender and I am having some taste aversions like yesterday yoghurt tasted like mud. Since my cycle is irregular I took another ovulation test today morning and it came back positive. This is my first time going through this and I am confused as to what is going on. Can I take a pregnancy test middle of the day?

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. 3rd yr here in a mid size firm. I’ve been struggling in the mental health dept. I was on leave for 3 wks and have returned to work in June. However, i still feel like a corpse everyday and have zero motivation to do anything. I have noticed my work product declining and I feel extremely burnt out with no hope for the future.
