MBB friends - How many years of experience do you normally have when applying to HSW successfully?

It feels the norm at McKinsey is 2 YOE at application (3 by matriculation), but have been seeing multiple dings. How many YOE is needed to be successful?

P.S. I realize there's more to an app than YOE but just don't want my YOE to be a blemish.
