McKinsey interviews: I’ve been prompted to take a “case assessment” prior to even beginning my official case interviews. Does anyone have insights on this? How, if at all, is it different than a typical case interview? All I was told is that it is strictly a case and no PEI portion.

I have got confirmation from CBA that I am selected and all the documents are submitted. On the website, my application status is showing as an offer. When can I expect the release of an offer letter. HR told me 3 days back he will be sending it by the EOD or next day but he is not responding after that..

Scenario: US visa expired in 2021. Applied for a Canadian tourist visa to hopefully go for H-1B stamping in Canada once they open appointments.

McKinsey referral system glitch?

I got a referral from an EM over a month ago. He says my candidate status showed "turned down" immediately following the submission.
