Measles: have a 4 month old that was planning on traveling to Europe with. No outbreak in my state or in the EU country I’m traveling to. Wife thinks travel is too risky with an unvaccinated child due to plane/airports (can’t vaccinate before 6 months). Should we cancel the trip?

This is a question for a pediatrician. It should not be crowd sourced.

like

Call your pediatrician and see if they’ll do the first dose early.

like

Most pediatricians will offer an early dose for protection if travelling and certain criteria is met. You should ask them!

We’ve traveled to Mexico with both our children when they were only a few months, and we were fine. I would caution against vaccinating a baby so young with a vax that’s meant to be given when they are 3 years old and has strong side effects including high fever……..I’d say go but consider buying travel insurance that covers medical care while in Europe just in case.

Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list? For example, in a list with A, B, C, B; I want to label A = 1, then the first B =1, and first C = 1, and then the second B = 2, etc. The list is in a column and there are thousands of names. TIA for your help!

Hi Fishers,

What is the best time of the year to be in the notice period?

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Thanks

My typical cycle length is 23-24 days. We have been TTC for almost 2 years and I am wondering if my cycle length has got to do anything with this. We have been through two different REs and did not get a firm diagnosis. Have tried timed intercourse and IUIs. Nothing has worker so far. Was just wondering if cycle length has gotten anything to do with fertility. Any stories of success with short cycles?
