My typical cycle length is 23-24 days. We have been TTC for almost 2 years and I am wondering if my cycle length has got to do anything with this. We have been through two different REs and did not get a firm diagnosis. Have tried timed intercourse and IUIs. Nothing has worker so far. Was just wondering if cycle length has gotten anything to do with fertility. Any stories of success with short cycles?

How do you assess your client time as billable or non-billable? We are currently reviewing our time card process and want to better establish groundwork for differentiating between the two. Further to that, do you have your time members log their time and categorize it as Billable/Non-Billable upon submission? or does the Account Manager review submitted time cards and assign each based on the work being logged?

I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. As I was on birth control at the time, I had to go off it and repeat the scan two months later. In the 2nd scan we found that I only had 6 follicles and that we would only be able to get 4-6 eggs per cycle. I am 36 and I decided to start this process now more just as backup. Advice and/or consolation anyone? My wife and I (both above average health 30year olds) were trying for 11 months before getting pregnant and then had a week 5 early miscarriage a few months back. If the stress and surprise of just how difficult it apparently is to get pregnant wasn’t enough, the miscarriage put us over. I am planning to start IUI cycle this summer and have booked Pfizer vaccine mid April. Two questions (note I recently recovered from Covid so have antibodies)

1) Have unverified maybe misconception that vaccines affect fertility. Any opinions on this? My developing country family is freaking out and suggesting I vaccinate after I get pregnant.

2) My donor is fully vaccinated and did Pfizer, another rumor that it’s better that parents have same vaccine? Is this true?
