I have the opportunity to be mentored 1x1 and within a group in the US. I’ve never had this before except for informal relationships I’ve built in the past asking for advice.

For those who have obtained the CFF certification:
I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? For background, I’m 6 months into working at this firm and have touched a variety of cases.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

What is the best way to attract a new mate? I got out of a 7 year relationship (he was cheating on me for half of it) and I’m so confused on where to even start. I am at the final stages of a job interview at H&R block for a Senior Software Engineer role and final HR discussion is planned for this week. My current CTC is 11 LPA. Exp : 4 years Tech stack : Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS,ADF,Tableau. How much can I state as my expectation?? I was planning to ask for 16 LPA fixed. Any input would be much appreciated as this is my first switch!!
