Are Coforge reviews fake on Glassdoor? Had a discussion with their HR today. He was telling Coforge is doubling in size and revenue in the next 2 years, we had the least attrition. You can do your research. Maybe Delhi Noida based companies, I really feel scared about. I think they will say anything to get a joining.

Recently started a new gig (less than three months). Team is great but client is a nightmare, deadlines and workload are insane and unforgiving and the type of work is a dead end road creatively. Another recruiter reached out with a role that is closer to the kind of work I want to be doing - is it awful to jump ship so soon? The agency is great but in remote mode I don’t have any interactions outside my team. Recruiting agency is newer and less established. Advice?
