I have got an offer from TCS which is 11LPA.However, my Basic Pay/Fixed compensation is getting reduced in the new offer and also the HRA is getting reduced. The HR is telling that the basic is fixed as per policy and they cannot change it. The base pay is less but there are several other components which are higher. Should I take up the new offer? Guys I am 3rd year graduating Student, but having 2 years of experience in Angular Development, worked on 6,7,8,9 and currently working on version no. 10 of Angular.
