Serious Question: I had a good natured debate with a prominent UX consultant about this, and I wanted a range of opinions. How many designers deliver work with notes about their design choices and decisions attached? Many experienced designers I’ve had the pleasure of working with provide fairly detailed summarizations their work (think >8-10 years of experience). Is that something that you do?
