My background is mostly internal strategy work, and I’m realizing that external-facing strategy roles often seem to favor people who came from consulting. I can do the work, but I’m not sure if that gap matters once hiring starts. Did anyone move into strategy from a less traditional path and find that companies cared less than expected?

This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. My goal is to find a similar position to the one I’m working now and add 20-30% to my income, the high range would meet

They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?
