My brother recently got offer and he completed on boarding esign and all but due to some personal reasons he was not able to join hcl , on d day of joining he got email stating his employee got assigned for that email he replied he won't be joining hcl and please cancel all the assets and records and he dint join any meeting or session, still they created epf and salary from hcl, he has replied to each email stating he has not joined not proceed further. Please let me know how to handle.

It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ?
