Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

I would say start looking for a new job. And if you're offered one, then take it. I'm afraid these days companies don't deserve loyalty. In a lot of cases, we the workers arent even a number to them. So look after your interests every time.
I wouldn't be patiently waiting to find out. If I was in that situation, I would be getting applications out. Job hunting can take months, sometimes longer, so I wouldn't want to wait until after I'm already laid off.

Absolutely start looking. Best case scenario, your job is safe and it wasn't needed. Worst case scenario, you're let go but you at least have a start on the process of finding a new job.
It would be smart to put out feelers and get serious about finding something else. When companies start doing layoffs they have a way of cascading. The problem is that you can never really know who is safe and who isn't, sometimes entire departments get zapped.
The writting is on the wall. Look for other opportunities.
