It depends on the company. If they are going through a loss, they might not be able to afford incentives but if it’s not due to financial loss and they suddenly stop, I would find another company.

It’s hard to say for sure. It could be due to financial difficulties, or perhaps the company is reducing incentives to increase profits. Either way, morale is likely to suffer if it hasn’t already.

There could be any number of reasons why they stopped the incentives. It might be because they aren't doing well, or it might be because they recognize that the job market is trash and they no longer have to fight to retain employees.
