My company went through a series of RIFs in 2024. I am super thankful to have remained employed, but throughout the RIFs, my leadership moved me three times to fill open roles. Four different leaders and four different responsibilities in 2024.

Fast forward to annual reviews. I couldn't stack up next to my coworkers who weren't affected as much, and my review reflected this.

How can I avoid this in the future? I didn't choose to be moved, and now my "underperformance" is part of my record.

I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.
