My copy was read out loud in the office and I nearly melted into the floor. Somehow writing for millions feels easier than hearing it in front of five colleagues. Do you hate hearing your own words read out loud too?

Same boat. The second I hit send, I don't ever want to see my own writing again 🤣 Maybe because I have read and reread the same article 20+ times, but I definitely know the feeling. I always wondered if musical artists feel this way when they have to perform a song they may not actually like over and over.

That is such a good comparison with musicians. I think it is the repetition that makes us cringe. By the time others hear it, we are already sick of our own words.

Yes, I absolutely hate it. I can publish for the world without flinching, but the moment someone reads my words in front of me, I feel exposed. It is strange how the smallest room feels scarier than the biggest audience.

It feels way more vulnerable when it is read in front of you. I can face strangers fine, but colleagues make it feel personal in a way that rattles me.

Hi Guys,

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?
