My current CTC is 30LPA with 12 yr of exp. Is it worth joining Tata Consultancy with 34LPA at C3B?
I had asked for 36.5LPA , but after 1 week HR is back with proposal of 34

If we didn’t get hike/promotion due to poor ratings. What would be the solution to overcome this issue, Do i need to wait for one more year or can anyone help me to take decision.
